After loosing my confidence in driving & coming close to giving up, I was given Daryls details by a friend. I was starting to panic that I would never have the confidence to book my practical test and with changes that were happening in my career and life, the need to be able to drive was becoming more and more urgent. On my first lesson we discussed my issues with driving and how I was putting pressure on myself and I was instantly aware of Daryl's calm manner. Not only on the first lesson but throughout the course of learning. This prompted me to think about driving differently. Roundabouts were a major gripe of mine, but instead of driving through them, panicking, swearing and saying I would avoid them at all costs, we watched a busy town roundabout. This made me think about what I was doing instead of just driving. Gradually my confidence was restored and I booked my practical test. With Daryl's confidence in me I knew that I could do it. Passing my test was the most overwhelming feeling and so far there is nothing that I can compare it to. I wholeheartedly thank Daryl for his patience, calm manner, putting up with my swearing and helping me to achieve a pivotal moment in my life that will always remain with me!
